I need your help, and well it can help you too! Magic Matt recommended me to use this website called ‘Lockerz’ a long time ago and I thought it was lame.

Today I made a tweet asking someone to buy an iTouch for me and iProxy (Pete) told me to try our Lockerz because he had gotten a PSP using it.

So instead of begging all of you guys for money like I have in the past, I’m going to ask you to sign up to Lockerz. It’s an awesome site where you can win and get all kinds of prizes. Right now the site is only open to invites. You can’t sign up unless you’re invited.

Taking less than 5 minutes of your time can help me a lot. All you need to do to help,  is give me your email address in the form below and then sign up in the email you get from Lockerz. It’s a cool site and you will have full access to it once you get your invite! There is no catch, the site is legit. Please retweet this blog post, and tell your friends about signing up for Lockerz through me. Right now this is the only way you can become a member unless you know someone else who uses it.

[contact-form 2 "Untitled"] *Note, I hate spam as much as you do! You’re email address will only be used for the invite and will then be disposed.

Don’t understand? Check out this video:

Thanks so much guys!

I’ve been using Digsby for almost a year now as my IM/Social Networking client.

Disby allows you to sign on AIM, MSN, ICQ, Google Talk, Jabber, and Facebook all in one nice clean program. You can also check your Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, AOL/AIM Mail, IMAP, and POP accounts using Digsby.

One of my personal favorite features is the social networking featyres. I don’t use it so much for Twitter, but you can use Digsby to see Twitter, Facebook, Myspace, and LinkedIN updates.

See how often I used Digsby: http://wakoopa.com/AustinPrime

Anyway, this is my first time ever promoting something you can download! I hope you like my Digsby pick. Also, please post in the comments what you think about Digsby! :)

Short URLs are necessary nowadays with Twitter and Facebook status limits. I’m sure you guys all know about Bit.ly, TinyUrl, Tr.im and all of the other URL shortening sites, but have you heard of MultiURL.com?

MultiURL

MultiURL not only shortens your URL, but it allows you to have multiple sites in one link. You may be thinking to yourself, “How does that work?” Well, you go to the website and you fill out a form with a title and link to all of your multiurls. Then the MultiURL makes 3 ways to share your link. You can make it so that it opens a random page, a list of the links, or a top bar. I’ve made an example with various sites about me. Check mine out, and start using MultiURL.com today! :)

Here’s a paper I wrote, simple sweet and to the point. I hope the tone isn’t too much. We’ll see.

Ah, I finally get to write something about myself. Ever since I was about 9 or 10, I’ve been absolutely obsessed with radio. Why? Well to be honest, I’m not too sure. My elementary school friend and I used to always do mock radio shows out of his window, and record artificial radio shows to cassette tapes. As time went on, I decided radio is where I wanted to go with my life, even if it is going down! I started off on internet radio doing shows for a few small stations and then I became known and was asked to be on an iTunes radio station. After that, I was contacted to be on an FM station in Beekman, New York called FLY 104.9. I later met a guy named Matt and a girl named Laura on the internet and we did a radio-like show for over a year, and after knowing each other for a few years we met in real life… something some teachers totally are against for some reason. Later on I met this guy named Drew and we started a nationally syndicated radio show called The Prime Krew which is heard on 4 radio stations right now.

Social networking is growing rapidly online. I decided I wanted to be a part of that, so I joined Twitter and a few other social networks. Right now I have over 1,000 followers on Twitter. These people have pretty much allowed me to be who I am and have encouraged me to do tons of things including applying for jobs at local radio stations. I applied to work at a local radio station and I heard back from the boss in less than an hour. He told me that I am the youngest person that he had ever considered hiring, and that he thinks I’m going to get very far in life. I considered this a turning point in my life, because I found out that I actually can get and accomplish what I want if I just take that extra step. In the future, I hope to be heard and seen everywhere. Maybe even considered the next Ryan Seacrest… how lame is that? Well maybe not the next Ryan Seacrest but the next Austin Prime who’s so much cooler.

This is pretty much for the teacher to get to know about the students I guess. Not sure but hopefully it’s cool.

Search & Win

Getting prizes online is now easier than ever! A few months ago, a guy from my school told me about Swag Bucks. I signed up because he told me it would help him out, but I didn’t really get into really using the site. Later on, I saw a tweet on Twitter by @JesusNeedsNewPR saying that he had gotten yet another Amazon gift card using Swag Bucks. Well, because I follow him on Twitter and listen to a lot of what his tweets say, I checked it out again.

Shortly after @JesusNeedsNewPR’s tweets, I saw not one, but two people at my school with Swag Bucks T-Shirts. Because of all the Swag Bucks attention I had been seeing, I decided to give it a shot and actually use it.

Swag Bucks is great for internet shoppers. If you frequently shop online, you always pay for a product and then you get the product. Well if you log into Swag Bucks before you go shopping and you chose the online store you plan to shop at, you get one Swag Buck for every $5 USD you spend. So in a way you are getting a rebate from your internet shopping.

Swag Bucks is not just for internet shoppers. It’s great for people that enjoy social networking. Swag Bucks gives away free Swag Bucks on it’s Twitter and Facebook accounts.

The best way to earn Swag Bucks is by using their search engine. By using their search engine you gain Swag Bucks at random. I have installed their search engine as my default search engine so that I am guaranteed to earn Swag Bucks by doing nothing.

So far I have gotten a T-Shirt, $5 Amazon Gift Card, and $5 on PayPal because of Swag Bucks.

Sign up today with my referral link and get started off with 3 Swag  Bucks! Enjoy the site!

This time I’ve come across a very unique site. It’s a photo sharing social network, but it’s not like the ones you normally see. On this site you take a picture of your workspace[s] and upload them to the site. Then people can come and vote on whether or not they like your workspace and post comments. Clean up your desk a little bit, and head over to Deskography and post a picture of it! Be sure to post it in the comments on this blog post so that I can go check it out and vote for you!

Do you use a windows computer? Have you ever wanted to use Photo Booth on a Mac on your Windows machine? Well, I did some research. Recently I played around with Photo Booth on Laura Ashley’s Mac and I saw Drew playing on his when he was over at my house. Soo… I decided I wanted Photo Booth for my Windows machines. I came across this nifty website called Cameroid. Sure, it’s not as advanced as Photo Booth but it’s fun for a free browser based photo booth! Check out Cameroid at Cameroid.com.

Below are some photos I took out of boredom. Which one should I use for my Twitter default? Vote in the comments. :)

It’s summer time and many of us are going on vacation! I personally always set up a vacation response for my email address… why should my Twitter account be any different? In fact I use Twitter more than email!

This week I decided I would do a little bit of research to see what I could come up with and I cam across this cool site called Vacatweet.

Vacatweet makes it so you can have an @reply or DM (direct message) as a vacation response. Check out the site at http://wwww.Vacatweet.com
